     Hi Mike.  Name here is Ben Sasiela of Kitchener.  I would like to tell you a story.  In the spring of last year, I purchased a 2003 Ultra Classic, and chose your store to do the service and keep it running.  Recently, my stator burned up, and I brought the bike into your service shop for repairs.  I would like to congratulate you and the fine staff that you employ.  I dealt with Steve and Mike in your service dept and these guys are tops.. not only did they take care of my problem quickly and professionally, but they kept me updated on the repairs as they were being done.  They called me several times to advise me of hidden problems found, so there were no surprises when I came back.  The machanic (I think his name was Pete) also was very courteous to explain to me what he found, what needed repairs, and took a few minutes in showing me his work.  This enabled me to know a bit more of the operation of my Ultra.  Something that I really appreciated.  One other "pat on the back" to Pierre, parts, as he is very knowing on accessories and has helped me add many extra's to my bike over the past six months.  You have a good crew, thanks for the great service and terrific people that looked after me..

It is nice to be able to share some very pleasant experiences we've had with Kitchener Harley-Davidson.  We have just completed the purchase of our fifth Harley and would like to compliment Mike Duncan and his staff.  Steve and Mike in the service department have been over the top in helping us with problems we had with our 2008 Anniversary which was destroyed in an accident.  Nathan in sales has been excellent to deal with and Paul in parts has been extremely helpful in offering advice and suggestions.  The girls have been very friendly and always cheerful and accommodating.  Kevin in solving our problems with mechanical suggestions.  They have turned a stressful situation into an enjoyable experience.

I wanted to say thank you to everyone for first of all making me feel right at home and comfortable, and also for fixing my bike so quickly.  Oh and second, not laughing at me for my BOO BOO!  Your service guys are the best......I really appreciate have such a comfortable place to go to take my bike - it makes all the difference to me.  Honestly, I probably wouldn't have bought it otherwise!!!  Now EVERYONE knows how to add a GPS holder properly....bah, I did'nt even see the wires, let alone think of them.  Again, thank you.  You guys are the best!  I just love coming to visit - its so much fun for me!!!  And expensive!!!! lol.

Hi Mike.  I wanted to be sure to take a moment to pass along to you how much Olga and I enjoyed ourselves last weekend.  The food and the people were just great to say the least.  Sean certainly helped make it a great event too and I don't often get the chance to see him either so it was good to meet him.  I've often found that in the din of daily work, travel, and life it's easy to forget to pass along a genuine and sincere thank you to someone who has made a positive impact on you.  I admire the generosity you share with us and the way you and your family have always made us feel welcome.  It is truly rare to find that kind of openness and honesty.  It's like being part of the family in many ways and Olga and I truly appreciate it.  Your staff shows an equally positive attitude and the dedication they bring to the experience is nothing short of exactly what I look for in any business I deal with and that's integrity.  Thanks for taking over the dealership and turning it into a great company to do business with, full of really nice people.  If I ever have a concern I know it gets addressed and professionally which, isn't the case everywhere I go.  You've done a great job there with the folks you've got.  Keep up the good work and thanks again for the fabulous time, we loved it!
